PERKS AND BENEFITS TO EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER (Trainees)

Following perks and benefits shall be admissible for E0 level in respect of Executive/Engineer (Trainees) appointed on or after 27.08.2003.

1. Perks and Benefits to ETs:
a) Subject to other terms and conditions of SJVNL Rules the perks and benefits will be paid as under:

Rs. 7500/- per annum and Rs. 100/- per month.

LTR/Canteen Subsidy

Night Shift Allowance

Rs. 900/- per month.

Monthly reimbursement of Conveyance& Transport Subsidy.

At par with E1 level Executives.

7. 

HRA/Company Leased Accommodation

1. Free furnished bachelor accommodation will be provided.

2. If same is not possible HRA/Lease will be extended for the place of posting only.

3. Further if an Executive Trainee is married may be considered for family accommodation as per the entitlement of E1 level, if available.

4. The rate and criteria for HRA/Lease will be similar to that applicable to other employees.

5. On the basis of above principles the lease entitlement of the Executive Trainees is given below.

B, C & others  Rs. 2840/- per month

6. Recovery for House Rent including for Leased Accommodation shall be equal to E-1 level i.e. Rs. 710/- per month.

b) Following Perks/Benefits will be regulated as per SJVNL Rules:

  1. Provident Fund
  2. TA/DA
  3. Group Personal Accident Insurance
  4. Group Insurance
  5. Medical Reimbursement.
  6. Leave.
  7. CCA

c) Following will not be admissible to Executive Trainees.

  1. LTC
  2. Children Education.
  3. Allotment of Accommodation (except that mentioned on pre-page.)
  4. Incentive for Small family norms
  5. HBA
  6. Multi-purpose Advance
  7. Computer Advance
  8. Conveyance Advance
  9. Furniture Advance
  10. Reimbursement of Briefcase
  11. Membership of professional bodies/Institutions.
  12. Newspaper/Magazine Reimbursement.

2. The benefits at Sl. No. 1(a) & 1(b) will be subject to revision if the same is/are revised in respect of other employees.

3. The Executive/Engineer Trainees appointed prior to 27.08.2003 will not be entitled for above benefits and will draw the consolidated stipend as stipulated in their offer.
