Land required for Project Components & Mining: Considering non availability of Civil Soyam Bhoomi for Compensatory Afforestation Plan in Tons Divison, the matter is being pursued with DM for providing 80 hact. land for Compensatory Afforestation. Matter is being regularly taken up with the SDM, Purola for expediting land identification for CA which is now held up due to declaration of elections. |

Submission of application for acquisition of Private
land |
For land of all the three villages i.e. Bainol, Naitwar & Gainchwan Guan, notices to the land owners have been issued US-IX by DM, Uttarkashi.
Matter is being regularly taken up with the DM office regarding deputation of LAO which is now held up due to declaration of elections. |
